Empowering our community with clean energy

Empowering our community with clean energy

Invenergy’s projects live at the intersection of community, the environment, and innovation. We’ve developed more than 210 projects with the trust of our home communities because we are committed to supporting the areas where we work, live and operate.

Horseshoe Solar

Horseshoe Solar is an opportunity to boost the local economy of Livingston and Monroe Counties and create jobs, all while generating clean, American-made energy to meet New York's growing electricity demand.

Invenergy is developing the project on private land it is leasing in the towns of Caledonia and Rush, and hopes to involve solar grazing as part of the project development and operation. The synthesis of solar energy production and herd grazing is just one of the many ways we at Invenergy are innovating in our field.

Invenergy in New York

Invenergy has a proven track record of accelerating cleaner, more reliable, affordable energy. Our history in New York exemplifies just that.

Testimonials

1 OF 2

“During the life of this project, my land will have a long rest from being cropped continuously and used year after year. In my opinion, this will be a great benefit for the land and for the environment.”

Larry Nelson

Project Landowner, High Noon Solar Energy Center

“We are not done farming, we are just farming something new, something renewable, something great. This solar farm is everything to my family and we are so happy to be a part of it.”
